Doug Warren This is no ordinary lounge pianist, my friends. This was Mr. Warren's first LP (I'm guessing from around 1970) of remarkable loungy piano tunes. As the brief liner notes say, this is a set requiring a warm fireplace and your romantic vibes. Doug Warren's story is quite fascinating. He went from performing piano in lounges around Edmonton, to being a Minister in the Brockville Ontario Wall Street United Church. He has done some phenomenal work as a missionary in Kenya, helping thousands of people stricken with AIDS. He has even started his own charitable organization, O.K.Kids (Our Kenyan Kids) . These three songs are all representative of the music on the album.
