One of the tracks featured here "Does Your Mother Know About Me" was co-writtten by Tommy Chong in 1968 while he played with Four Niggers and a Chink (later Bobby Taylor and the Vancouvers). The song was controversial at the time because it involved inter-racial love. They changed their name to get a recording contract with Motown.
